Traffic congestion costs the average driver over $1,400 per year. The U.S. ranked 10th in the world in road quality. The personal-finance website, WalletHub, has released its 2019’s Best & Worst States to Drive report, ranking Nebraska 9th best in the country.

- 23rd – Traffic Fatality Rate
- 26th – Auto-Repair Shops per Capita
- 16th – Avg. Gas Prices
- 5th – Road Quality
- 30th – Car Dealerships per Capita
