LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 25)–Lincoln Police are investigating two burglaries Monday into Tuesday at a couple of south Lincoln fast food restaurants.
Police Captain Todd Kocian says the first call was an alarm sounding at the Taco Bell off of 70th and Nebraska Parkway, where the drive-thru window had been damaged. Nothing was missing about $1,000 damage was done to the window.
Later Tuesday morning, police were called to Burger King at 40th and Old Cheney, where the drive-thru window there was also damaged and someone got inside. A drop box containing money was forced open and an unknown amount of cash was taken.
About $1,300 damage was done there. No arrests yet.
