Crash Involving Truck, Two Motorcycles Critically Hurts Motorcyclist

LINCOLN–(KFOR June 20)–Another motorcycle crash in leaves a Lincoln man with life threatening injuries.
Police Capt. Ben Kopsa says it happened shortly after 7pm Wednesday on an access road near 14th and Cornhusker, where an eastbound pickup tried to turn onto Cornhusker from an access road, which caused an eastbound motorcycle to avoid the truck and soon crashed.
A second motorcycle also crashed, with the rider suffering life-threatening injuries and taken to a Lincoln hospital.
Captain Kopsa says the pickup driver is suspected of drinking beforehand. More details are expected at Thursday’s media briefing with police.
