Where: Seng Park, N. 49th & Garland
FREE Halloween costume and a treat bag for each child at October’s event, beginning at 10am! Child must be present with parent/guardian. All are welcome.
If you have items to give away, bringing a blanket or card table to display them is helpful. Please take your unclaimed items home with you.
