Saturday morning, June 12, “Parkinson’s Moving Day” is set for Stinson Park, Ak-sar-ben Village, Omaha, NE starting at 9:00 AM. It is a Walk, spread across the country to raise funds for fighting Parkinson’s disease and celebrating movement, which is proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms. Funds received go to Parkinson’s Foundation Heartland Chapter, which is the states of Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. Contributing money or not, anyone (if registered) can come and walk or be part of the activities.
