What: Saint Paul UMC Caregiver Meeting On Zoom
When: Tuesday, April 27th at 1:30pm
This is the meeting sponsored by the Lincoln Caregiver Education Group scheduled for Saint Paul UMC but now we are doing the meetings on Zoom. Jessie Cook with Answers4Families is being kind enough to host these meetings. Register SOON at the link below so you may receive the link to join the meeting.
This presentation scheduled for April 27th at 1:30pm CST on Zoom is entitled Fit in 10 and will be presented by Mitzi Aden with Aging Partners. Mitzi will share about the ten minutes a day that is all it takes to create a lifetime of health and wellness. She will demonstrate simple and quick routines anyone can do to get stronger and healthier. I am looking forward to this since I do too much sitting and need to learn some routines. Remember the old adage – “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” Mitzi has been teaching Senior Fitness for 20 years. As a personal trainer she has instructed individuals and groups in strength, flexibility, balance and dance. She has taught at the three Legacy Retirement Communities, the Grand Lodge, Madonna Pro-Active and LifePoint. Mitzi is a fitness instructor and personal trainer at Aging Partners Forever Strong Fitness Center. She also teaches fitness classes live and on Zoom to Aging Partners participants. I’m happy Mitzi is willing to share her skills with us and know we will benefit. The registration link is below. If you register and find you aren’t able to attend the live event to participate/ask questions, you will be sent a link to view the recorded session.
