Get ready to experience an evening of wine and hors d’oeuvres pairings with our winemaker, Nicole Eagin! We will be enjoying five wines that have been specially paired with snacks, as well as discussing the nuances of why these pairings work.You can be a novice to wine tasting or someone with vast wine knowledge; all are welcome! Since then, she has worked in wineries in California, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia before bringing her learned knowledge back home to Nebraska.
