A father and son have been sentenced, Friday, to prison for killing a man in northeast Nebraska. Derek Olson and his father, Jody Olson, were convicted of killing 64-year-old Ernest Warnock in 2017, during a dispute over borrowed belongings, then burning his house in the northeast Nebraska town of Rosalie.

Derek Olson was given 42 to 64 years for second-degree murder and arson. His father, Jody Olson, got 40 to 60 years.
