Fire Heavily Damages Northeast Lincoln Home

LINCOLN–(KFOR Apr. 4)–A fire that left $225,000 worth of damage to a home and garage Sunday afternoon off of 62nd and Judson has been ruled accidental.

Fire Captain Nancy Krist told KFOR News that the fire at 61-40 Judson started as one of the residents was working on a vehicle in the garage. It damaged three vehicles and caused extensive damage to the house. One person was taken to a hospital but is expected to recover.
