Flu Continues To Impact Nebraska

The flu bug continues to be wide-spread across Nebraska.

So far, 24 people have died from influenza-related causes this flu season, including 5 in Lancaster County. More than 4,300 people have been admitted to hospitals in Nebraska for flu symptoms, with more than 1/4 of them testing positive for the flu.

Health officials say with most people having cellphones, it’s smart to clean that smart phone. The average cellphone user touches his or her phone more than 2,600 times a day.

Doctors suggest getting a flu shot, if you have not done so already.
