FOOTBALL: Southeast, Southwest, East and Pius X Among Playoff Teams In Class A
LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 26)–Four Lincoln teams in Class A, plus Waverly and Norris in Class B have qualified for the NSAA State High School Football Playoffs that get underway Friday, Nov. 1, in pairings released on Saturday.
Lincoln Southeast will be the No. 2 seed in Class A and will host No. 15 seed Omaha North in the Nov. 1 matchup at Seacrest Field, which will kickoff at 7pm on KFOR FM103.3/1240AM.
No. 11 Lincoln Southwest heads to No. 6 Grand Island, while No. 16 Lincoln Pius X will play at No. 1 seed Millard West and No. 13 Lincoln East is at No. 4 Bellevue West, which will be carried on ESPN Lincoln 101.5FM/1480AM for a 7pm kick.
In Class B, Waverly is a No. 3 seed and hosts No. 14 Omaha Gross. Meanwhile, Norris is a No. 8 seed and will host No. 9 Elkhorn Mt. Michael.
