Fortenberry Tours Border Wall In Texas

LINCOLN–(KFOR Aug. 1)–On Wednesday, Nebraska 1st District Republican Congressman Jeff Fortenberry returned from the El Paso, Texas area, near Mexican-American border wall. Fortenberry found border patrol to be professional, but overstretched.

Calling conditions, “humane”, Fortenberry told our partner, 10/11 NOW large tent-like structures have air conditioning and are clean. Earlier this month, New York Democrat Congressperson Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez compared conditions to concentration camps.

Congressman Fortenberry will be holding a town hall meeting at Lincoln North Star High School Thursday at noon.
