Season outlook: With Nebraska women’s basketball and softball commit Kennadi Williams back in healthy form for her senior season, the Silver Hawks will rely on her leadership, along with the experience of returning starters Hayden Rathe, Emma Dostal and Eleanor Griffin. Williams played in only the final five games of the 2022-23 season, after missing most of the year due to a knee injury. The Silver Hawks could emerge again as another power in Class A this year. Southwest has some young talent that could help in improving the team throughout the season.
