HUSKER FOOTBALL: Freshman Robinson Cited For Marijuana Possession

LINCOLN–(KFOR June 11)–Nebraska football freshman wide-receiver Wan’Dale Robinson was picked up for marijuana possession late Sunday night (June 9) by UNL Police.
He’s scheduled to be arraigned July 9.
According to UNL Police, there was a call to Robinson’s dorm room in University Suites around 11:30pm Sunday about a smell of marijuana in his room. Investigators later searched his vehicle and found marijuana.
Robinson is considered to be a top receiver from the 2019 recruiting class. Nebraska Athletic Department officials say they are aware of what happened and are handling the situation.
