Inmate Dies At D&E

(KFOR NEWS September 17, 2019)  An inmate has died at the Diagnostic and Evaluation Center. 66 year old, Louis Burks died Monday afternoon.  He was 6 years into a 20-to-30-year sentence for attempted sexual assault of a child out of Douglas County. Burks was being treated for a medical condition.  A grand jury will investigate.
