Iowa Golfer Schaake Win Nebraska State Amateur Title

LINCOLN–(KFOR July 12)–Iowa golfer and Omaha Creighton Prep grad Alex Schaake won the 111th Nebraska Amateur Golf Championship at the Country Club of Lincoln on Thursday by finishing 8-under. It’s the fourth straight time Schaake has won the title. Former Husker golfer Jace Guthmiller finished tied for 4th and Lincoln Southwest alum and Creighton golfer Nate Vontz finished 6th.
