Lincoln TV Reporter Accused Of Sexual Assault

LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 10)–Police have arrested a Lincoln TV reporter for allegedly committing first-degree sexual assault on a woman.
A news release to KFOR News says 24-year-old Zachery Worthington was arrested right before the daily police media briefing Thursday morning at the downtown headquarters. Worthington is a reporter at KLKN-TV Channel 8.
Police say the alleged sexual assault happened on or around Oct. 1, 2018.
No other details were available.
