Lincoln Woman Arrested for Indecent Exposure

A Lincoln woman was arrested Tuesday evening after exposing herself to passing cars near West O and 1st Streets.

The woman, 33 year old Tiffany Turley, took her shirt off, exposing her breasts, and waved it above her head as she yelled at passing cars. Lincoln Police got there around 7 PM, at which point they found her underneath a nearby bridge, still exposing herself to officers. She was taken into custody for public nudity and trespassing. Police believe that drugs may be a factor.
