Lincoln’s Young Professionals Week Begins Monday

Lincoln’s Young Professionals Week begins on Monday, September 23 with Ben Nemtin giving a presentation for the signature event at Lincoln’s Rococo Theatre. Ben Nemtin is the author of What Do You Want to Do Before You Die? and a star of MTV’s The Buried Life. 

Young Professionals Week is a week-long series of speakers, discussion panels, workshops and networking opportunities that celebrate the talent, insight and energy of young professionals in Lincoln. 

The 4 < 40 (Four Under Forty) Awards will be presented on Monday, September 23 at the YP Week Kickoff event. The four honorees will be recognized for their community involvement, business accomplishments, involvement and participation in Lincoln YPG and by their ability to make Lincoln a better community for future generations.

YP Week will coincide with Young Nebraskans Week for the second straight year. Young Nebraskans Week was developed by a partnership between Lincoln Young Professionals Group, Greater Omaha Young Professionals and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, which took the Lincoln YP Week model statewide.
