LPD's Coffee With a Cop Scheduled for Wednesday Morning

LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 1)–As part of National Coffee with a Cop Day Wednesday, you are invited to meet with Lincoln Police team captains and officers at four different locations in each of the major geographic areas of the city.

“We encourage folks to have those direct communications with their team captains, as those are kind of the experts of each of our community policing teams,” LPD public information manager Erika Thomas said.

You can ask questions about policing efforts with LPD personnel in person.

Here are the following locations for LPD’s Coffee with a Cop on Wednesday:

NE Team | 8-9 AM, Hy-Vee, 5010 O Street (free coffee & donuts provided)

SE Team | 8-9:30 AM, Chick-fil-A, 6810 S. 27th Street (free coffee provided)

NW Team | 8:30-10:30 AM, The Mill, 2021 Transformation Drive

SW Team | 10 AM – 12 PM, Meadowlark Coffee, 1624 South Street
