LSW, North Star To Play In State Legion Baseball Tournament

LINCOLN–(KFOR Sports July 26)–Pinnacle Bank of Lincoln Southwest and Anderson Ford of Lincoln North Star will be playing the in the Class A State Legion Baseball Tournament, which starts July 27 and runs through 31.
Pinnacle Bank, who won the Area 5 Legion title on Wednesday, will play in the National Division bracket in Kearney and will open up tournament play at 10am Saturday against Big Fred’s Pizza of Millard North.
Anderson Ford, the Area 5 runner-up, will face Papillion-LaVista South in the Saturday 7pm game at Jurgensen Park at Omaha Creighton Prep, as part of the American Division bracket.
