Man Accused of Exposing Himself at Central Lincoln Park

LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 27)–Lincoln Police arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly exposing himself and inappropriately touching himself Thursday afternoon at Pentzer Park north of 27th and Holdrege.

Captain Todd Kocian says a 37-year-old woman was at the park with her children, when she reported Michael Dixon touching himself in a inappropriate manner. Another person saw Dixon’s privates exposed.

Dixon was arrested for public indecency and cited for disturbing the peace and child abuse.
