Man Accused of Inappropriately Touching Himself Arrested By LPD

LINCOLN –(KFOR July 19)–Not something two women were expecting to experience while on a lunch time walk on Thursday afternoon.
A 38-year-old man is accused of indecent exposure, after he allegedly inappropriately touched himself on a bike trail east of 27th and Fairfield. Lincoln Police say two women saw Andre Schwindt completely naked at the time.
Investigators say Schwindt fits the description of a suspect committing the same acts recently on the Mopac Trail near 56th and “X”, but that’s still under investigation.
