LINCOLN–(KFOR June 27)–A Lincoln man is behind bars after he allegedly made terroristic threats to his employer.

Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says Samuel Bryant confronted the owner of Purbaugh Masonry near 59th and Kess Drive, got into an argument over a paycheck Wednesday afternoon. The argument became heated, and Bryant returned to his car to get a machete, which he used to threaten the owner.

Bryant left the house when Sheriff’s deputies were called, who later found him at his home. Police saw the machete in plain view in Bryant’s car, at which point he was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats.
