Man Found With A Large Knife

LINCOLN–(KFOR June 10)–A 38 year old man went to after trying to hide a large knife as he talked with Lincoln Police on Saturday night
Officers were checking out a report of people arguing in the 600 block of South 27th Street. While officers talked with Jeremy Hayes, he tried hiding an 11-inch knife with a knuckle guard by dropping it on the ground behind him. Hayes can’t have a weapon in his possession, so he went to jail having a Deadly Weapon and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
