Raid At Lincoln Daycare Results In Arrest For Child Porn

LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 24)–An FBI investigation and a child porn arrest shuts down a Lincoln daycare.
Playful Painters, at 630 N Cotner Boulevard near Gateway Mall, was closed Wednesday as the child care center’s night manager, 26 year old, Titus J. Miller, appeared in U.S. District Court, charged with production of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
A federal judge determined Miller is, quote, “a risk to the public if released”, so he’ll remain in jail.
KFOR News talked to Lincoln Police Sgt. Max Hubka, who said “upon learning that a child may be at risk, we acted immediately.”
