Wesleyan Opens Conference With A Win

The Nebraska Wesleyan football team opened its American Rivers Conference season with a 37-16 win Saturday (September 21) over Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. The Prairie Wolves now have a 3-0 overall record.  Buena Vista led 16-0 toward the end of the first half, but NWU scored 37 unanswered points to win going away. It’s the first 3-0 start for the Prairie Wolves since 2006.
