LINCOLN–(KFOR June 5)–Lincoln Police are still tallying the number of vandalism cases reported early Wednesday morning in northern and central areas of the city.

Police Officer Angela Sands said there have been at least 29 cases reported, including some in the area of 35th and Apple, up toward 44th and Adams.

Sands says witnesses reported seeing people inside a dark-colored hatchback car smashing windows and windshields. Damage is at $12,000 and that number could go up.

Officer Sands says they have no suspects at the moment.
