LPD Arrests Man Exposing and Inappropriately Touching Himself Next To A Bike Trail

LINCOLN–(KFOR May 4)–A 39-year-old man is accused of public indecency, after several people saw him on a bike trail exposing and inappropriately touching himself.

It was just after 8am Saturday, that Lincoln Police were called to a bike path near 14th and Old Cheney, about a caller seeing a man sitting along the bike path masturbating. Officers showed up and saw several people using the bike trail and one officer saw Joseph Rose apparently still inappropriately touching himself at the time.

Rose was arrested by officers.
