Process Begins to Replacement Lancaster County Board Member

(KFOR NEWS  May 31, 2019)  Three county officials met Friday to decide how to select a replacement for District 2 County Board member, Jennifer Brinkman, who was named Chief of Staff to Mayor, Leirion Gaylor Baird, so County Clerk, Dan Nolte, County Attorney, Pat Condon and County Treasurer, Rachel Garver, decided to set Friday June 7th as the date for candidate interviews.  Each candidate will have 15 minutes to answer 2 questions. On Monday, June 10th, Nolte, Condon and Garver will forward their top 2 selections for follow-up questioning at a later time.  Nolte tells KFOR NEWS the process has to select a replacement for Brinkman by the first week of July.
