Man Arrested Inside Restaurant After Exposing Himself

LINCOLN–(KFOR June 17)–Lincoln Police arrested a 38-year-old man for public indecency after he was reportedly masturbating while walking on Saturday night near 56th and Adams.  According to police, the man was walking in the street with his front side exposed.  Officers located David Hefner inside an Arby’s restaurant, and arrested him for public indecency.
